Bought my son his first pair of shoes at the end of April 2018. What a great feeling and experience it should have been.Upon our first visit the associate, a young female, who helped us was very helpful, not pushy, polite and gave us some good pointers.We returned later that day with our son in order for him to try out the pair of shoes that we were considering and was also recommended.Unfortunately she was not there, perhaps on lunch or break and we were "helped" by a older "gentleman".After bringing out the shoes and we asked if he could try it on and let my son walk around to see if it fit and if he would be able to walk in them. As anyone in any shoe store would do. He said sure and even helped to out them on.After letting my son, who was 13 months, take no more than 10 steps INSIDE THE F****** STORE, INSIDE THE STORE, he says in a mean I-gotcha-ya kind of tone that because he wore them outside and walked around it would be final sale!!! I N S I D E the store!!! Not even inside the mall. Inside the store!I was/am in shock! If it were not for the fact that my son loved it so much, the one we were looking at and a recommended buy or the fact that there were other customers with young kids there I would've shoved it up his ass then down his throat!Although my son wears them every day and loves them I am still furious at his demeanour and situation. And these were $60 shoes!!! INSIDE THE F****** STORE!!!!!!!I will never give Kiddie Kobbler another cent of my business and recommend others the same.

Really enjoyed my shopping experience for my child at the Markville location. At least this store had some knowledge in my childs feet. The sales girl sized my child and was very sweet with her. She held her hand to walk with my child as she tried her first pair of walking shoes. The other shops just handed me a shoe as they went off to the other customers. I liked the time and feedback they shared with me. There were 3 girls there when I went and they were all happy assisting each other. Thank you for making my little girls first shoe shopping experience a wonderful one. I feel happy that I was sold a shoe that is great for my childs foot.
