I bought a pair of work shoes at Mister Safety Shoes, which the staff personally recommended for my job. After just 4 months, the shoes started falling apart. When I went back to the store to resolve the issue, they told me that the shoes were “not suitable” for my type of work and refused to help. I paid around $200 for these shoes. For that money, I could have bought three pairs of cheaper work shoes that would have lasted longer. I am extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. I will never buy from this store again and strongly advise others to avoid it.

Very poor selection for men, they don't carry a single non-insulated boot, everything has some type of cloth liner. Mainly Terra and Timberland which arent made in USA anymore.
First ever at Mister Safety Shoes and my experience was pretty blown away. The customer service and product knowledge was all there. Sabina was the lady whom helped me picked out my shoes. To my surprise they even did a follow up email to see how my boots were fitting. I'm definitely going back to pick up a few more items and would not ship anywhere else for work related items. Keep up the good work.
