Bought a pair of ladies Geox shoes online, they were delivered with pen marks and laces that had been taken out and then put back in incorrectly. In terms of quality control, big disappointment that Geox would even send the shoe out. I return the shoes to Markville, where staff, including store manager reported incident and agreed the shoes were not in good condition. Needless to say, i never got a followup call from head office or anyone else as i was told to expect. Very disappointing Geox! Very surprised, expected better. Update- Aug 12/2025. Store manager Alex was able to effectively restore my faith in Geox and i left Markville a happy shopper and will return for future purchases. Thank you Alex.
First time in this store, I happend to come across an amazing associate Diya, she was super friendly and knowledgeable about all the products and helped me with everything I needed.
My first time buying from them in a very long time . Amazing service from Nore who listened to my needs and took in to consideration my work when making recommendations and was able to order my boots easily from the store and very prompt delivery. Will be coming back soon !

Went to Geox Markville after my old pair worn out and it was time to replace it. I was greeted right as I walked in the store by a young lady. She let me browse for a minute and then asked me what I needed. I told her my needs, she narrowed it down to a few styles. She brought them all out and they all fit well. I was not expecting to walk out with 2 pairs! They explained to me how to care for the shoes, and sold me a spray and a cleaner. They work great on my new suede boots and the smooth leather pair as well! Very friendly staff! Definitely would recommend to shop here for quality products and quality service!
Very poor and careless staff/customer service. I'm never going to step in this store. On Dec 17, 2019 I ordered a jacket online from this store and did not receive anything after 2 weeks. I had to give them a call (no calls from them) to realize that the order hadn't gone through because the person who did that was a "junior" and my order was still pending!!! I was told that I had to wait another week for my jacket. Although I really like Geox shoes and jackets but this is not the first time their staff/customer service disappoint me. I already knew they were well-known for not telling you that sale items are non refundable until you do the transaction.
