Kyle fixed my problem and showed me how he did it. I called Aire One 2 years ago and person on phone said turn furnace off and on. That did not work. Forgot to tell Kyle at my last yearly checkup in October so got charged again at a lesser fee. Thanks Kyle!
Crystal was absolutely amazing, and quickly went above and beyond to help our family to ensure that our ductless heating units were fixed ASAP after it unexpectedly stopped working overnight during the winter. She made several phone calls to source a part for our unit, doing extra legwork to ensure she could get it for us ASAP. She even was thoughtful enough to ask and make sure we had some form of heat source in the interim. Mark the technician who was sent was also lovely and incredibly helpful and informative. He was kind and worked efficiently both times that he came. We are so grateful for their efforts that got our system up and running quickly. This isn't the first time Aire one has helped us, they helped us at our old house when our furnace went out in -30 degree weather, the tech that came stayed beyond his daily hours late at night to ensure he helped get our furnace up and running. We will continue to use Aire One for any issues moving forward.

Yan Zi Hao was our furnace maintenance tech today, conducting the annual checkup. He was thorough, professional and friendly - as usual. Given the experience that he had on the job, he provided me with cogent advice about my heating/cooling system. He explained the positives and negatives of the options that I could try - or not. As they say, food for thought!
Under Aire One’s annual maintenance plan, I have worry free protections of my equipment by giving them a maintenance call twice a year in May and November. I highly recommend their good services!
This is a quality firm with excellent technicians. We were fortunate to have Dave and Kyle installing our new furnace and AC unit, and what an excellent job they did. Friendly, they answered my questions, explained what they were doing, tested everything when they were done, and walked through the features of the new system with me. They covered the floors with cloths to keep everything clean and they removed the old furnace, AC unit and all the bits and pieces of wire and tubing. I found the pricing to be competitive as well, so I recommend this firm very highly.
