We have Tri Air on site as our maintenance contractor and we are very pleased with their communication, work ethic, response time. We also appreciate the technicians and head office staff as well as everyone is easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this company. The technician we have is AMAZING! He is always ready to explain all issues and work he is doing on site. Great Job Tri Air!
if you don't wanna be charged by nothing, never ues this company, they will tell you something not even related to where you wanna fix to charge you way more money, very bad experience, I will tell anybody I know NEVER deal with them
Simply Fantastic service and attention to detail. Tri-Air does not disappoint. I had an HVAC issue that needed quick attention and was solved quickly by Kelly and her team. Brandon was the technician that visited us. He could not have been more patient in his explanation and expedient in how quickly he diagnosed and solved the issue. Kudos sir. I've used Tri-Air twice now, once for our boiler and once for our HVAC. Both times, I've been floored by the spectacular service, from the dispatchers to the repair people. The second time, I was so impressed that I called and spoke with the VP, Kelly, to tell her what a top-notch company Tri-Air is. The service was fast, but more importantly, it was HONEST; in an industry that could easily take advantage of people with little to no knowledge of their heating/cooling systems, Tri-Air focused on efficiency and educating me so that I wasn't overcharged or underserved. I'll never call another company again. 5-stars, would give them 6 if I could, I can't recommend highly enough.
For any restaurant owners I highly recommend TriAir! Our hood vent system stopped working on a Saturday morning which meant we either shut down for the weekend or get it fixed. I called Tri Air and not only were they there within the hour, they were brainstorming options to get us up and running as quickly as possible - they were able to find the parts on a weekend (which is usually impossible) and had us working before the dinner rush. Without them we would have had to close for the weekend. They drove to a different city to find the parts and explained everything as they did it and gave follow up recommendations. It was our first time using them and I was highly impressed with the level of customer service!
