We had a ductless heat pump installed with two indoor heads in our quirky townhome complex! The whole experience seemed seamless from start to finish. The install team were quick and efficient and we truly appreciate their attention to detail and eye for aesthetics. Finally our house has AC and the units are super quiet! It’s a bonus that it will provide heating in the winter as well!

Had a great experience with Sam for sales and Peter and Jack as the installers for our ductless ac. We had a unique situation where we were running the pipes through the soffits in an effort the minimize the visibility of the pipes. Peter and Jack did a great job to make things look clean and tidy. Sam took the time to answer all my questions and come up with different options for our particular scenario and was very detailed on the quote. He also visited post the installation to check how things went!
The service technician did a great job correcting the AC unit issue. They were clearly experienced as they validated the other working AC units before leaving and discovered a cross wire issue which were causing minor issues we overlooked. Now the AC units work better than ever.

This is my second time using Spring Home for upgrading my home. I used them approx 8 yrs ago to replace my furnace, and for this time used them to install new water tank and humidifier. I’m very pleased with the work performed and big thanks to Justin and team for taking the time to explain options and for prioritizing the installation. There was zero pressure sales tactics.
