I have only had excellent and above and beyond service with this company. I have been using Tropic Air as my sole HVAC contractor for over 20 years. Every piece of equipment from thermostat to heat pump, furnaces or air conditioning compressors were maintained installed diagnosed and fixed (when/if needed) by this contractor with nothing but excellent results. Prices are very competitive, Mr Walker and his team's service is professional accurate honest and fair. I have highly recommended him and his team to countless homeowners with similar feedback.
We contacted Tropic Air since our furnace stopped working late last week. Of note, we had dealt with Tropic Air a few years ago when our AC stopped working and were very satisfied with the service provided. I again asked that Loren be dispatched to our house and he didn't disappoint. Within an hour, he diagnosed the problem and replaced the parts. Would highly recommend this company for their service.

Amazing service! Tech Arrived quicker than expected. Amazing service. Our furnace motor wasn’t working and Loren was able to get us a replacement the same night and install it. Do not hesitate to call them! Tech also made a suggestion for my central humidifier and am using them to get it fixed as well. Great work Tropic Air!
Loren is one of the best guys for the job.He’s honest, straightforward and reasonable.He just finished installation for a wall mounting boiler. It works like a self driving car, real high tech. I highly recommend him.
