Technician was friendly and professional, and the service itself was excellent. Unfortunately, the process took over 48 hours and I wasn’t told a signed form was required before ordering the part—leaving us without heat during –10°C nights. Good service, but communication and timelines need improvement.

Martin fixed an older gas heater which hadn’t been used in years. After a second visit, he revised his initial estimate downwards and then did the repair for a lower cost than we initially agreed to.
