Do not come to this company. Called multiple times and emailed multiple times regarding the hot water tank issue. No one even came to check it out. Contract term is 10 years and when it is over 10 years, call to terminate the service. Told the contract automatically renew, so need to pay penalty to cancel it. What a scam. 骗钱公司，快逃！
They did the work very quickly and roughly, in a very unprofessional manner, and the quality of the work was therefore very poor. I had to hire someone to spend three days cleaning up and repairing the trash and debris they left behind, and some areas could not be cleaned up (I have photos to prove it). Five months after installing the HCV system, the system broke down once, and a year later it broke down three more times. We had to hire another company to repair it because StarEnergy charged so much. The price/performance ratio is just too low, including the use of all equipment from low-quality brands. What's more, they increase the monthly maintenance fees faster and more than you were told when you signed the contract. I really regret being deceived.
I had tankless water heater installed by them two years ago and it is running well so far. This January my furnace was not working in one of the coldest days, they came and installed a new furnace in a couple of hours, I appreciate their excellent service.
Predatory business practices. Tricked my elderly mother with dementia in to a water heater contract. Very shady, contract buyout entails an email money transfer to a personal gmail. no company email, no billing department / management etc - just a receptionist working from her cell phone remotely with no knowledge of the business and how it is run. Stay away
Very prompt and efficient service. Had an issue pop up with my water heater during a summer long weekend and they came within 3 hours or less of the call. Customer service was great also
Do not deal with this company! Beware! Unprofessional installation. Brand new furnace with problems after just one year of installation. A/C needed to be replaced just after 4 years. Problems after just 3 years of installation. $4,500 spent after 4 years of poor workmanship.This company is garbage. They never answer phone calls or emails. You ask yourself a question: why not? Don't they need money? Because they know their service is garbage. They rip people off. If they rip you off, you were warned already. Their fake reviews are from friends or family. Are they licensed HVAC technicians? Who knows! Beware!
