I used United home service for 3 times. Installed 2 A/C at my rental properties，also one for my residence home. Their response time was quick. Their price was competitive. The installation service was great. I requested mount A/C on the rack， they did that. They sent me the photos after the job was completed to make sure I was 100% satisfied. Shawn helped us fix the leaking AC which had made me sleepless during this hot season. I was impressed by his professionalism and attendtion to details. Although it seems to be a relatively "small" job, he still did fantastic work. Overall, we are 100% satified with the service received from this company.
The contrators came in on time and brought their own indoor shoes. They've done a good job that I notice a difference immediately. Def will go back to them for duct cleaning again next time.
