The company is very unprofessional, they did not install my heating properly and I asked them to fix it, they are avoiding all the repair requests, I don’t recommend them!
The work is very unprofessional and it cost great damage to the house and also the heat pump is not installed properly will need pay more money to fix it, they company never answered phone calls or WeChat after job is done, I called like 7 times and nobody ever answered phone calls. We tried to file infraction report correctly report but the company website is offline so not sure if business still exists. The heat pump is just taped and back is not even taped, no screws and big gap in the back leaking air.
Trash company, I don’t know why so many high ratings. People should avoid this company, you don’t get your rebate as promised. Last year Kevin promised me I am eligible for attic insulation rebate, which is the reason I decided to install it. One year passed, I called Enbridge, they told me I got rejected for rebate, and no one can get in touch with the auditor anymore. This guy Kevin is not picking up the phone either. Definitely a scam company!
I have used their service for attic insulation and heat pump rebate program in November 2023. The energy auditor they referred is horrible. At the beginning, The energy auditor, told me after the first audit that I am qualified for the full rebate. That is the main reason I choose the service! I have spent $2350+ for the attic insulation and 600 plus tax for auditor fee, also 6500+ for heat pump and the contractor charged me another 600 plus tax audit fee. but now i got the check from Enbridge with only 4000 dollars. And no one from this company Comfy home service answered my phone call from morning to the afternoon. I called 10 calls today and no one answered. Then I have to talk to the energy advisor, she told me NOW that I am not eligible for the full price rebate, I can’t get my 5000+ dollars back. Before choosing this company, please check if they double charge the service!
Excellent work very competent and friendly installers. Very clean and smooth installation. This is the second job done by Comfy Home Services for us. We also had Air conditioning done a month prior. That good experience led us to call again for the next job.
The assessor (Daivd) was knowledgeable and courteous, explained the options clearly. The installer was experienced, did the work quickly and neatly, and explained clearly how to operate the unit.
Updates: no warranty at all. We paid 400+ to solve the problem. The worst AC company in Ontario. After sent full payment cheque, Kevin never answered my calls, I’m worried on 10 years warranty. Will report this issue to King Home Marketing department and Ontario AC associates. Bad experience.
