As a custom home builder, I have used Jay and his team for two projects. They installed our driveway snow-melt system, basement heated flooring, our high efficiency boiler, water heater, fireplaces and outdoor kitchen. Jay reworked the HVAC plans to install one boiler instead of two and saved us more than $10,000. He also installed an A/C unit that fit a very tight space and makes zero noise-our next door neighbor were very happy about this!! They are very knowledgeable, offer great service and very competitive pricing. The best thing is I only dealt with Jay, the owner, who is very customer focused. I will definitely use them again and would recommend to anyone that wants to do it right and do it once.
