They’ve serviced/maintained our furnace, A/C and gas insert fireplace for over a decade plus. Happy to have used them to install a new tankless water heater + water softener system. We obtained multiple quotes for the work and they were the only company to send an actual technician for that initial step. When the scope of the work decreased, they were the only company who maintained contact after we decided to only focus on the water heater replacement and delay the furnace + a/c for the future. Vijay and Mitchell coordinated the water softener installers in order to have both installed efficiently at the same time. No pressure sales and extremely knowledgeable technicians.
Had a furnace failure and I called Vijay for help. He was great, scheduled an emergency call out within an hour. Mitchell arrived as scheduled and very efficiently found the problem. Couldn't be happier withe service. Would highly recommend.
AC on this house we just acquired last year went down hard overnight. The furnace had a sticker decal from these guys so I called their emergency service line. Once arranged, the tech Mitchell called ahead to ensure I was home and arrived promptly at exactly the time he arranged. He diagnosed, repaired and had all my equipment running in very short order. He also walked me through the current lifecycle of the existing equipment (getting towards the older end). We discussed what the likely scenarios will be over the next few years given the range of new technologies on the market (heat pumps(pros/cons), JIT water heater). On top of this - the price of the repair was extremely competitive and fair. Will be dealing with these guys for all my future HVAC needs in the coming years.
Have a 12 yr old Carrier setup and the Air Con was not cooling well during a brutal heat wave in June 2024 Called for service and Mitchell the Tech came out as per appointment. Refrigerant was low. Gave me options. Communicated very well. Pro's and Con's of each option. Chose to top up with a sealant, hopefully to get us two more years before replacement. The work was well done. Would use them again when time for a new unit.

I have been so pleased with Markham Heating! Jacob, the tech, is so knowledgable, honest and hardworking. Our AC stopped working and they had same day availability to come take a look. When he arrived, he was able to diagnose and repair our 40 year old air conditioner when I'm quite sure other companies would've taken a peek and told us to scrap it! We have also used them for furnace maintenance and were pleased with the service. Highly recommend!
