My 25 years old furnace was replaced by a brand new Lennox EL297UH070XV36B-02. Thank you Alvin & Mincong for the excellent job in replacing, installing & testing/running the new furnace plus setting up Ecobee Thermometer plus tutorial how to operate it. Both of you are very professional. Thank you Arthur for coming to our house to see our old furnace and gave me the price breakdown and answered all the informations i want to know. Arthur you’re the best.

EXCELLENT experience with the technician Mr. Zhou and Jacky, we installed the drinking water system last week. Working with no issues! Went to their store for some details and installed in the same day. We recommend to our friends, they installed in the next two days!

Arthur quoted me a furnace and I decided to proceed. He cancelled my appointment on the morning of due to him having the flu. Waited over a week and no contact from Superior so I, as a potential customer, followed up with their sales rep. Waited a day, no response. Called Superior to see if Arthur is still alive, he is. I asked for another sales rep but was refused. I said forget about it, I'm going elsewhere. Instantly, I get a txt back from Arthur explaining that he missed my txt and calls and that the furnace he quoted is no longer available. If this is how they will treat a potential customer. How would they treat a customer who they already took money from? I would give zero stars, if possible - waste of time and energy.
